Art has the capacity to enrich our experience of a moment, of one another, and of the world. It can serve as an object of intensive contemplation, of spirited discussion, and as a window onto other cultures, times, and places. As Connecticut’s state art museum located in the heart of a university campus, the William Benton Museum of Art engages our academic, local, and state communities by fostering meaningful learning experiences and creativity through encounters with original works of art. We invite you to explore the following pages to learn more about the Museum’s offerings in support of K-12, university, and lifelong learning.
