The Benton offers a variety of family-friendly, self-guided activities and hands-on art classes throughout the year. Join us for activities and programs like scavenger hunts and sketching or enroll in our popular hands-on workshops. We look forward to seeing you and your family in the galleries!

Cute Cow Craft!

Fee: $10 per child ($8 per Museum Member child)

Designed for ages 4-10 (Parents strongly encouraged to stay)  

An interactive children’s program starting with a story and ending with a cute cow-themed craft. Join us as we celebrate the history of Horsebarn Hill and learn about UConn’s dairy cows. In conjunction with our exhibition Raid the Archive: New Eyes on Horsebarn Hill, this program begins with a fun farm-themed picture book and concludes with the creation of our very own cow-themed craft
